How do the new-customer discounts work?
Your first order gets 15% off. If an order includes 5 or more vials, it gets 25% off instead — and that 25% applies to both your first and your second order. Supplies (kits, bacteriostatic water, empty vials) don't count toward the 5. There's no code to enter: tell us which order this is in the cart, and we apply the discount on your invoice.
Are your products independently tested?
Yes. Every production lot is tested by an independent U.S. laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry for identity and purity (≥99% target). Certificates are published on our COA page; if your lot isn't listed, send us the lot number and we'll provide it.
How do payments work?
Add products to your cart and submit an order request. We reply within one business day with an itemized invoice (discounts applied) and secure payment options. Your order ships once payment clears.
How fast do you ship?
Paid orders received before 2 PM ET ship the same business day. Every order includes tracking, and orders of $200+ ship free. Temperature-sensitive compounds are cold-packed where appropriate.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. They are not dietary supplements, foods, drugs, or cosmetics.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
Store unreconstituted lyophilized vials cool, dry, and away from light; for long-term storage we recommend −20 °C. Follow standard laboratory handling procedures after reconstitution.
